Privacy policy

CHAT&SITE uses the form data to review your enquiry, discuss the project and contact you using the details provided. We process your name, contact, selected services, message, submission time and chosen website language only with your consent.
Enquiries are stored in a local database on the project's server. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. We do not use third-party web analytics, advertising pixels or externally hosted fonts.
To understand interest in our services, we store event names for clicks on portfolio, contact and assistant links, along with the event time. These records contain no contact details, IP addresses or visitor identifiers. We respect the browser's Do Not Track setting. No analytics cookies are used.
To protect the form, a hash of the network address is processed temporarily. It stays in memory for no more than one hour. Web server system logs may contain technical information for diagnostics and security; access is restricted.
Enquiries are automatically deleted after 180 days and click events after 90 days. To request access, correction or earlier deletion, use the form on the home page, write "Personal data request" and provide the contact used in your original enquiry.
When notifications are enabled, a copy of the enquiry (name, contact, services, message, date and website language) is sent through the Telegram Bot API to an authorised manager's private chat. The original stays on our server. Telegram processes the transmitted data under its own policies; deleting the original from the website database does not automatically delete the Telegram message.
Links to Telegram, other social networks and projects lead to third-party resources with their own data processing policies. Navigation takes place only when you follow a link.
